Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays. Orders are shipped by EMS. When your order leaves our

 

warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on

Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of

 

destination.

 

RETURNS

 

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to

 

open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be

 

returned with the product without having been tampered with.

 

How to make a return

When returning goods by post please ensure that you fill in and enclose the returns form. The returns form will have been

 

enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lose it, please contact us. You will find the address for returns on the

 

returns form. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

1. If you change your mind with your purchase and want to get a refund, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to

 

return items. Please email us in order to claim a refund and pre pay the shipping cost. Then, we will eventually confirm product

 

arrival and return you the money through Paypal.

2. If you received a damaged item, we will be responsible for the returning shipping cost. You can request a refund by emailing

 

us. Prepay the returning shipping cost. Then, we will eventually confirm the arrival of the product and repay you everything

 

through Paypal.

3. If you change your mind and want to do an item exchange,  you are responsible for covering shipping and additional costs.

 

Please request for an exchange by sending us an email and then prepay the shipping cost to return the item. After we confirm the

 

item's  arrival,  please pay the shipping cost (to deliver again) through Paypal invoice. We will deliver the item after all payments

 

are done.

4. In case of an exchange due to a damaged product, both shipping charges (returning and delivering) will be on us. Please email

 

us to request an item exchange and prepay the shipping cost. After confirming the product arrival, we will send you back the

 

shipping payment through paypal and eventually re-deliver the product.
